Hey there!

I’m Ashley Vipond.

I am a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist, Health and Wellness Coach, Online Fitness & Nutrition Group Accountability Leader, and Group Fitness Instructor.

Most days you can find me with my head buried in my Day Designer planner, in my Mom uniform that consists of workout pants, a tank top, and hopefully socks that match, or serenading the masses (my kiddo & Yorkie) to the musical stylings of the song “Baby Shark”. When I’m not “mommin”, you can most def find me creating workouts at home, running to Ariana Grande, and learning more about how our Mama bodies work, and how I can best learn to fuel them.

I am mostly known for my organizational skills, love of teaching others, and ability to motivate others by shooting it to them straight, no chaser. People often refer to me as a lover of all things wellness, a creator, and a good friend. I love serving the world by sharing my love of personalized fitness, and by teaching others how investing in their health can change their lives, how they view themselves, and view the world. The things in my life that I’m the most passionate about are being a wife and a Mama, my spirituality journey, and being confident in the skin that I’m in.


My Story

I was truly inspired to start Simply Fit with Ashley after I had my son, and suffered with Postpartum Depression. I went from a hyper driven, sharp, and super organized individual to someone who didn’t even want to get out of bed in the morning. After seeking professional help, I knew that I had to do something to help other Mama’s going through the same issues. Since exercise was a huge outlet for helping with my anxiety and depression, I decided I could best serve others by sharing what I had learned about exercise, nutrition, and self-care. So, I started my journey by becoming a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist, Accountability Group Leader, and Group Fitness Instructor. I strive daily to be a good example to my family, my friends, and my clients. I know in my heart that by being considient and doing the hard work with things seem tough is the key to success. I’ve been there, and at times felt like I wanted to give up, but I didn’t. When you push through those walls, success, magic, and results are on the other side.

Here are five things you might not know about me.

  1. I LOVE to jump on my mini cardio trampoline when I feel stressed.

  2. I love working out outdoors. When the fresh air hits me, I zone out to another place.

  3. I have a daily ritual of always learning one new and positive thing per day.

  4. I used to be a Business Banker and worked behind a desk and wore suits everyday, it took me 5 years and a lot of tears to figure out that it wasn’t for me.

  5. My 3 favorite C words are: Cardio, Carbs, and Chardonnay. Health and Fitness are all about balance. You can still love all of these things and SMASH your health goals.



1 | Teamwork makes the dream work. At the end of the day we are a team. We make smart and educated decisions about your health and your goals.

2 | Consistency is key. I will work my behind off to help you get the results that you are looking for. In order for you to achieve the best possible outcomes, you need to have a positive mindset, and the ability to push all of the “BS” to the wayside. Be present, and be open to making changes.

3 | Your health comes first. I will never make you jeopardize your health to get results. Mama’s health always comes first. I promise to respect your limits, to challenge you, and keep you safe.
