Walking is an excellent way to improve your productivity and help you start an exercise routine. Try to establish routes that help you think. You’ll be able to mull over some of your problems and come up with solutions as you walk, which is a huge boon.
Of course, it’s not feasible to try to adopt all of these healthy habits all at once. Pick one or two to start, and then gradually add more in. The effort will be worth it.
