Day #2: Ditch The Long And Boring Workouts

Get sweaty with me during my Fat Burning Ab Circuit Style Workout.

All you need is a yoga mat, some dumbbells, water, and a great attitude.

ASK ITEM: Once you have completed the workout, don’t forget to post a sweaty selfie in the group so that we can all cheer you on!

DIRECTIONS:

Repeat this circuit 6 times OR for 25 minutes.

I would recommend using weights that are 10 or 15 lbs to begin with.

Focus on keeping your abs engaged the whole workout. Think “belly button to spine”.
